The expansion to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa features a new 16-floor/562-room hotel tower, three pools, and an extensive gaming space expansion and renovation. Renovations and expansions total 1.2 million square feet, and the hotel and casino remained fully operational during construction as the development team managed 65 turnovers scheduled throughout 113 project phases. A hallmark of the new facility, the 30,000-square-foot Seminole Hard Rock Event center includes a 17,000-square-foot grand ballroom for concerts, conventions, trade shows, private events, and large scale poker tournaments.
Tull worked with Seminole Hard Rock to provide a variety of Division 8 Solutions, all on a tight project schedule. Further, Tull upheld quality craftsmanship, installation, and project management while working in an active casino. By the project’s end, the client and Tull were both satisfied with the unmatched execution and quality completion of the Seminole Hard Rock Event Center.
